Welcome back to my Channel! todays Video is about Low Carb Brookies and how you do them! you need 85g bake cocoa 200 g sugar and 200 g xucker 180 g almond flour 125 ml oil 30 g icing sugar and 30 g icing xucker 2 tl baking soda and 4 Eggs 1 tl vanilla xucker 4 EL coconut flour to stick everything together 1 TL wheat gluten first mix the bake cocoa with the xucker and the normal sugar and the oil with a hand mixer i link you below where you can get the ingredients now add every egg like in the original recipe by lily pebbles on this point i want to say that that you can get less carbs when you replace all the normal sugar in xucker but if you are not used to eat it, it canhave a laxative effect after adding the eggs you can add the vanilla xucker after that you add the almond flour in portions now the cocout flour and wheat gluten are following now you need half of a teaspoon of salt and the baking soda after mixing all together the dough has to go one hour in the fridge after resting in the fridge about an hour you have to sift the icing xucker with the icing sugar now take the dough with a teaspoon and roll it in the mix of icing sugar as long as the whole ball is wrapped in it repeat until the whole dough is done now take a griddle with a sheet of baking paper and put the balls of dough on it but leave enough room between them you have to preheat the oven on 180 °C on two-sided heat the best on low carb brookies is that that the original brookies has 19,21 g carbs /piece however the low carb ones has only 7,48 g Carbs / piece nibbling without a bad conscience! they have to stay 12 miniutes in the oven these are the finished low carb brookies – look like the originals! at the end i have sift some of the rest of the mixed icing sugar about the brookies to make them pretty if you are going to bake the low carb brookies please tag me on instagram or facebook (links down below) share the recipe to your friends and don't forget to subscribe to my channel! see ya in the next video on friday!
